This introductory talk will help you to understand what open science is and why it is something you should care about. You’ll get to grips with the expectations of research funders and will learn how practising aspects of open science can benefit your career progression. Some tips will be provided on how to go about making your own research more open. It is important to remember that open science is not different to traditional science. It just means that you carry out your research in a more transparent and collaborative way.
